How Does Navvisa Work?

When we contract with your employer, you automatically become eligible for our services. Whether you are the patient or caregiver for someone with cancer, these services are available to you at no cost. All discussions and patient information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with your employer.

As soon as you sign up for our services, you will have access to the following:

Dedicated Oncology Nurse

We will match you with your personal oncology nurse who will guide you through your cancer journey, helping you understand your cancer diagnosis and making sure you get the support you need.

Telehealth Access

Your nurse can virtually attend doctor’s appointments with you and answer questions whenever they come up—over video, call, or chat.

Healthcare Navigation

We’ll help you keep your entire medical support team up-to-date and on the same page with the Navvisa Roadmap™.


The language of cancer is complex. Your oncology nurse will help you understand medical terms, explain what the doctors are telling you and provide research and information on possible treatment options.

Clinical Planning

Our oncology nurses will help you navigate the process of exploring treatment alternatives such as genetic testing, clinical trials and experimental treatment options.


In addition to offering you access to a collection and translation of evidence-based best practices from up-to-date national cancer care guidelines, we will also provide wellness resources and recommendations, such as support groups and counselors.
