We are looking for a senior sales professional with experience in enterprise benefits, who shares our passion for our mission, and has the contacts and industry knowledge that will help us realize our vision.


  • Leverage existing relationships to introduce Navvisa to key decision makers for enterprise benefits point solutions 
  • Develop and nurture active sales leads lists 
  • Negotiate and close pilot programs and annual/multi-year contracts
  • Lead/manage sales team, including weekly meetings 
  • Member of executive team
  • Work closely with other members of executive team to develop annual sales strategies
  • Maintain sales pipeline in CRM


  • 7+ years experience in Enterprise Benefits Sales and/or Broker/Consultant Enterprise Benefits Account Management
  • Passionate about our mission-driven business
  • Dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow client base
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business, with a focus on relationship building
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Close.AI
  • Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations, including implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, remotely and remain motivated
  • Working knowledge of computers and Google office suite of services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
